According to the German magazine GameStar, EA/Maxis will announce SimCity 5 next week at GDC 2012. Somewhat lost in translation is if the issue came out last Wednesday or will this Wednesday. We’ll keep y’all updated with more info as it comes in. Oh and remember their LiveStream from GDC 2012 is next Tuesday from 6 – 8 PM Pacific Time. If I get lucky and have that day off, we’ll be able to watch it right here together. 🙂

If it turns out that they really are working on SimCity 5, I want to see it. Can you imagine just what they could do if they made a SimCity game with next gen tech?
